Burn 1 provides cannabis consumption lounge services, event hosting, and related amenities in compliance with Michigan state cannabis regulations. Our services are available only to individuals 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User Conduct and Facility Rules
• Consumption of cannabis products only in designated areas
• Compliance with all Michigan cannabis laws and regulations
• Respectful behavior toward staff and other patrons
• No sharing of cannabis products between individuals
• Proper disposal of cannabis waste in designated containers
• No outside food or beverages without prior approval
TCPA Compliance & Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Burn 1 regarding your reservations, events, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us directly.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations may be required for certain services and events. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to capacity, regulatory, or safety concerns.
Payment and Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment is due at time of service
- We accept cash and approved payment methods
- All sales are final, no refunds unless required by law
- Applicable taxes and fees will be added to all charges
Health and Safety
You acknowledge and agree that:

- You are responsible for your own transportation arrangements
- You will not drive under the influence of cannabis
- You understand the effects and risks of cannabis consumption
- You have no medical conditions that would be adversely affected by cannabis use
- You will follow all posted health and safety guidelines
Limitation of Liability
Burn 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Cannabis Regulatory Compliance
All cannabis consumption and activities must comply with Michigan state cannabis laws and regulations. Violation of any cannabis-related laws or regulations may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Burn 1 are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
